Honey - Antimicrobial. High nutritional value.

Turmeric - According to popular culture, it is attributed with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-tumor, immune system stimulating, antidepressant properties, and it promotes digestion.

Store between 5 - 18°C.

In case of anticoagulant treatment, gallstones, pregnancy, or surgery, consult a doctor before taking turmeric.

Recommended dosage:

Anti-inflammatory: 1 teaspoonful 3 times a day.

Digestive: from 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful before meals.
