Honey from Empordà

Amber color, very intense aroma reminiscent of wood, toasted. Sweet taste, subtly masked by the presence of mineral salts, salty hints, with bitter notes.

According to popular culture it is indicated to improve blood circulation, it is also rich in iron.

This honey may crystallize, becoming thick. This is a guarantee of quality. By using a water bath, without exceeding 40ºC to preserve its properties, it returns to its original liquid state.
