Cancellations:

• The cancellation of the reservation communicated 48 hours before the visit will involve a penalty of 10% of the total.
• Cancellation of the reservation during the 48 hours prior to the day of the experience will result in the loss of the total amount of the reservation (you have the option of transferring your reservation to third parties, as long as you notify us beforehand).
